- 1 cup unflavored sparkling water
- 5-8 mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger root
- 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 3-5 ice cubes

Muddle the mint leaves.
Finely grate the ginger root.
Squeeze the lemon.
