- 2 cups blanched peanuts
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (or your preferred type of honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Place peanuts on a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Roast in oven for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let the peanuts cool down. The roasting process draws the peanut oil to the surface and will improve the overall texture of the peanut butter.
Add raw honey and salt. Blend on high in food processor for a total of 4 minutes.
Appearance after blending for 1 minute.
Appearance after blending for 2 minutes.
Appearance after blending for 3 minutes.
Appearance after blending for 4 minutes.Place in a glass jar with a lid. Store in refrigerator for up to one month.
