Peanut butter


  • 2 cups blanched peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or your preferred type of honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Peanut butter: peanutsPlace peanuts on a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Roast in oven for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Peanut butter: roast peanutsLet the peanuts cool down. The roasting process draws the peanut oil to the surface and will improve the overall texture of the peanut butter.

Peanut butter: 1 minuteAdd raw honey and salt. Blend on high in food processor for a total of 4 minutes.
Appearance after blending for 1 minute.

Peanut butter: 2 minutes

Appearance after blending for 2 minutes.


Peanut butter: 3 minutes

Appearance after blending for 3 minutes.

Peanut butter: 4 minutesAppearance after blending for 4 minutes.Place in a glass jar with a lid. Store in refrigerator for up to one month.
