Oatmeal flour

Oatmeal flour is a great substitute for wheat flour when baking gluten-free treats. It has a chewy texture, is inexpensive, and is easy to make.

  1. Put 5 cups of large flake oatmeal into a food processor.
  2. Blend on high for 2 minutes.

5 cups of large flake oatmeal makes approximately 4 cups of oatmeal flour.
